"I have lived in Lewisham for over 20 years and my two children attend Deptford Green. I live locally to the school and have always loved the sense of community in Deptford, so I was delighted to have the opportunity to become  parent governor in 2022. As my children are now becoming more independent I have more time to focus on new challenges. I have several transferable skills gained through a career in Financial Services & Investment Management spanning over 20 years and want to contribute and give back to the wider community. I feel my knowledge and experience of large programmes of work, change management, strong organisation skills and understanding of key school deliverables enable me to be an effective Governor and am very excited about the future for Deptford Green!"
