The format of the Open Mornings are as follows: 

• Prompt 9.00am arrival with pre-booked QR ticket ready for scanning
• Meet your Year 8 student tour guide and commence tour with group of other families
• Embark on tour of the school
• Attend Headteacher's talk at 10.00am in the Sybil Phoenix Conference Hall
• Depart at 10.45am

We are hosting one Open Evening, the structure of which is as follows:

• Doors open at 5.00pm, please arrive with pre-booked QR ticket ready for scanning
• Collect your map of the building to commence self-guided tour
• Receive stamps on your map from the staff you meet on your journey
• Pause tour to attend Headteacher's talk in the Sybil Phoenix Conference Hall at 6.00pm (prompt start)
• Resume tour 
• Depart by 7.30pm
