We are excited to share our programme of activities for Black History Month this October. With a full schedule of events and activities, there is sure to be something for everyone.

The finale of our month of celebration will be a special evening on Wednesday 14th October, entitled 'Our Community: A Black History Month Celebration'. This ticketed event, starting at 5.30pm, will feature musical performances, poetry recitals, dance performances and our much-loved annual Cultural Catwalk.

We look forward to welcoming students, families and members of our wider community to this special celebration.

Black History Month 2024

What a wonderful evening our community celebrated on 16th October at the 'sold out' annual Deptford Green Culture Night. There was music, dance, spoken word, food and of course the iconic, DG Cultural Catwalk.

Many thanks to all the performers on the night, who included current students, former students and staff. Finally thank you to all the team involved in organising the event. Please see below pictures for a flavour of the evening.
