History at Deptford Green

The history department at Deptford Green endeavours to teach significant historic content and skills through source based enquiries. Pupils are encouraged to ask questions and question actions, motives and significance of historical events and people.
Our intention as a department is to create independent, critical thinkers with a passion for exploring the past.
